Fukushima's anniversary is upon us. For today I am going to simply describe the webcam conditions.
Fukushima Daiichi continues to emit traces of heat and steam detectable on the TEPCO webcams.
Conditions look slightly better today than typical conditions over the last couple of weeks. Please see my posts from February and March.
However, the screen is particularly pixilated with ephemeral green, purple and red pixels seeming flowing up from the plant:
