Problem with Fuel Removal at Fukushima Unit 4?

The TBS cam today appeared to display smoke and heat from the area adjacent to Fukushima Daiichi Unit Four where fuel removal has been ongoing over the last week or so.

I missed the earliest moments but here is one of my screen shots:

Notice what looks like steam or smoke coming emanating from the area to the right of the single building that is unit 4.

I've seen smoke or some similar phenomena in the same location this week:

Today the 'smoke' looked much worse and I was able to see the path of its dispersion.

LostWorld took a clip of the TBS live cam and edited it by:

[LostWorld] I ran the recording using the VLC player with the gamma, brightness, constrast, and color enhancement. I also used the anti-flicker setting.
As the video played I re-recorded it as a seperate file. [end]

Perhaps small criticalities are occurring during the fuel removal process. Wouldn't it be nice and appropriate for officials to warn down-winders of increased levels of radiation exposure?

Instead, information control has been tightened into a noose.
