Very bizarre siting at the Daiichi site this morning. At 2:14 on the Tepco cam the plant looked very hot, but the spiderwebs were not visible.
By 3:16 (when I checked the cam again) a steam event was in process and white 'spiderwebs' were emanating from the buildings.
