Fukushima Daiichi Webcam Conditions

Perhaps TEPCO is performing work out of view that is leading to higher atmospheric emissions from Fukushima Daiichi because the plant has looked terrible the last week.

If you review my posts from the last month you will see quite a few indicating that Fukushima has looked extra steamy over the last 30 days.

On July 10, 2017 Japan's nuclear regulator stated that he felt a "sense of danger" regarding conditions at Daiichi and expressed lack of faith in TEPCO's response (you can see the post here:

I know that there is a new proposal to remove fuel from the side of the reactor units, without adding water (you can read about the proposed process here: The concern with this method is that it will lead to more contamination but TEPCO sees no alternative because the reactor pressure vessels are fractured and cannot hold water.

Perhaps the proposed fuel removal process has already been launched and is responsible for the worsening atmospheric conditions?

Its hard to know what is going on at the plant leading to the increase in visible atmospheric emissions.
