Ship in Daiichi Port and Emissions Near Unit 4

I finally was able to get the TEPCO cams to load. Emissions seem high to the right, near unit 4 on TEPCO cam 1.  However, TEPCO cam 4 doesn't show remarkable emissions. Boat is still hanging around:
