My posts will be intermittent since I am currently in Switzerland.
The city of Basel is lovely and the bakeries look delectable. In the city square, large tables were set up with amazing assortments of cheese in amazing sizes. Yum. I visited a pharmaceutical museum that was fascinating. I'm amazed Europeans survived their medicine.
On my trip I'm reading the book Cornered which examines monopoly capitalism's dangers for consumers and producers. It is an excellent book so far.
I'm not following news carefully since i have limited access to the internet. My regular posts will return next Tuesday.
