Fukushima Cooling Problems Announced Tue Do Not Appear Fixed

Yesterday I reported that I don't believe Tepco has fixed the cooling problem at the spent fuel pools here

Today the Tepco and TBS webcams continue to depict significant emissions with little-to-no-improvement since Tepco announced the problem Tuesday.

When Kan addressed the Fukushima symposium held in New York City by Helen Caldicott March 11 2013 he explained this his greatest fear was the collapse of the nuclear dominoes. After Daiichi, Daini would go, and the nuclear 'village' at Tokai after that.

I just don't understand the silence and the lack of visible response given how bad conditions are at the plant.
