It is NOT raining yet there are heavy emissions visible on the TEPCO Cam 1

TBS CAM looks ORANGE for some reason today
Radiation levels have been slightly higher than moderately elevated in Northern Japan and around Tokyo for the last few days. Levels are trending upwards but still moderate on US west coast.
