I wasn't able to watch over the weekend. I checked the cams this morning and found the view from TEPCO cam 1 perplexing. These screenshots were taken at 3/23 23:04 and 23:11:
It is not raining. There is no evidence of recent rains on the Futaba cam, which shows dry concrete at the intersection.
It is hard to determine the exact source of the heavy cloud-like emissions that seem to hang intact in the air, although units 1-3 all seem to be leaking this heavy looking steam that hangs in the air so oddly.
Netc is showing moderately elevated radiation levels in Japan
