I'll postpone judgment, but I suspect that Fukushima Daiichi is probably in another critical stage.
Unrelenting emissions from units 1-3 have been visible on the TEPCO cam focused on unit 1 (TEPCO 1 CAM).
There is most definitely a filter of some kind that is blocking us from seeing the sky above unit 1.
I wonder if the fuel in unit 1's spent fuel pool has gotten too hot and is vaporizing because I see red in the emissions at the building roof.
The TBS cam has been down for at least a couple of days. That reinforces my concern.
If Enenews was taken down deliberately, I suspect the goals are twofold:
a.) halt webcam discussion
b.) halt the anti-nuclear education that occurs in the forums. Everyday some new person seems to join in and is welcomed to the fold. No doubt this process makes some people nervous.

Yes, its suspicous for the length of down time. Futabagun webcam shows DARK over Fukushima, unusual, and TBS/JNN is just dark green screen. TBS webcam 1(North) has cranes hurrying around, they seem to be specifically interested in the ground section of Reactor 1 (the building cover seems to be sliding, with the base going towards the ocean). No storm yet for the area, but by the 8th, the cyclone will hit the area. JEC

If seeming legit crawler Bingbot can do this, I see no reason to trust obsolete MSNbot crawler name based on the host name.
If MSNbot is legit, then why does it do ONLY things a bad bot would do? It hits me at non-existent links to see what it can find. It does not check robots.txt.
Microsoft announced MSNbot would become Bingbot quite a while ago. And more recently they announced the complete end of Microsoft Network.
Also, the IP lookup now says Microsoft Hosting, not Bing or whatever. Why after all the cost and strategy of becoming Bing would MS still be using an obsolete identity?
I'm just tossing out disconnected facts and speculating, not arguing but hoping someone else has more facts that can lead to an understand of what's happening. Maybe MS is renting out hosting using IPs formerly used by legit MSNbot. Maybe the reverse DNS is sloppy admin. Or maybe MSNbot is forgotten about, running on a computer in a dark corner, covered with cobwebs, mindlessly hacking away.
In contrast to Bingbot, I haven't seen MSNbot hit anything on site that is valid or important. It's visits seem pointless for a legit search engine because it doesn't hit legit content. It's either rogue or broken. I'll keep watching for enough evidence to block it."

I do find it fascinating a couple of months ago that after Fukushima-Diary's paypal account was inexplicably shut down that"deNiall" returned after getting asp kicking claiming to be employed by Amnesty Int. as an analyst (or was that "analist"? - "A shit leopard cannot change it's spots"). One of said duties was to know such instruments including Terms (also to be aware of potential violations - kapeesh?) Comments are still available via archive.org.
Somebody appears to be a sore loser.
Perhaps this is exactly why such sockpuppets SHOULD be engaged, as distasteful, distracting, and time consuming as it is. It allows a group &/or individuals to sense behavioral patterns and tendancies later. Also, it probably delays the inevitable DOS attack as they proudly "strut" about.
