I have personally concluded that the spiderweb phenomenon is not
simply a function of raindrops on the web, but rather is indeed some
sort of plasma/radiation
The evidence for plasma/radiation is found in the Futaba cam view. The sky above the plant lights up brightly when spiderwebs are present.
The sky becomes very dark, as viewed through the Futaba cam, immediately after the spiderwebs disappear from view on TECPCO CAM 4
