Enenews is back up. Lostworld posted a link to video of a smoke event from yesterday. It looks as if the smoke is coming from offscreen, although it could be from unit 4:

Today - August 4 in Japan - the TBS/JNN cam is still down. TEPCO cam one shows the usual emissions with lots of red and purple:
Subsequently, the view was obscured by what looked like an emission event from unit 1, although rain may have contributed to the steam emissions:
