CDC states that it is not interested in breakthrough infections after vaccination unless individual is hospitalized or died. According to the following news article by Hackett (2021), the change in reporting begins May 14, 2021.

...the number of reported breakthrough cases will not be updated on May 7, 2021, stated the CDC. As of May 9th, the CDC disclosed the total number of vaccine Breakthrough Infections reported was 9,245.
...As of April 26th, CDC received reports of vaccine breakthrough infections from 46 U.S. states and territories. The key demographics were Females 63%; People aged ≥60 years 45%; Asymptomatic infections 27%; Hospitalizations 9%; and Deaths 1%.
I think experts should demand that CDC continue reporting on all breakthrough infections. How else will we be able to gauge efficacy of the vaccine and the risk of antibody enhancement effect beyond the most life threatening cases resulting in hospitalization?

In the average year 190M Flu vaccines are giving and about 30 deaths are reported to VAERS
I think we are around 120M COVID vaxxed now, and 4,178 deaths reported. As of last week. They are supposed to update every Monday, but it COB already on the mainland.
Swine Flu was halted at 25 deaths and like 600 paralyzations
