Phoenix Air Alert July 6

Last night's dust storm was huge and stirred up all of the radioactive deposition in the soil in the Phoenix area. Although Iodine 131 has a short half life, Cesium, Strontium, and Plutonium DO NOT. They were deposited in Phoenix by the Jet Stream.

Today's air in Phoenix is thick with dust. One must presume this dust is laced with radioactive contamination.

Radnet for Phoenix is "under review."

Under review is code for "too high to report."

Phoenix radiation levels were very, very low yesterday because the jet stream is now up in Canada. The only reason I can surmise that radnet data for Phoenix are unavailable today is because the dust storm stirred up radioactive deposition.

I wore a mask when "decontaminating" my garden and patio with a hose. My mask was quickly covered with brown dust. AVOID BREATHING IN THE DUST WHEN ELIMINATING IT! WEAR A MASK
