Fukushima Radiation Impacting Permeability of Earth's Atmosphere?

Creating greater susceptibility to coronal mass ejections from the sun, leading to the recent unexpectedly southern aurora borealis when Fukushima radiation was subject to the sun's cme (gamma rays hitting Fukushima radiation)

That is what Potrblog is arguing.

1958 was the last year the aurora borealis was seen in Florida. Operation ARGUS may possibly have caused this episode in 1958 because nuclear physicist crazies were experimenting with introducing ionizing radiation in the upper atmosphere.
