I don't know if that means it is definite or not, or whether that is a large enough amount to be measured as iodine. Pink Skies Over Fukushima (not a romantic comedy) may be a sign of fissioning that is unreported by Tepco (known liars) but then it would be nice to have independent verification of the data at Fukushima. At any rate we know those reactor buildings are very hot, whether they are fissioning or not, I recall 10 sieverts per hour in one spot, which would kill anyone in a few minutes. Also, it seems that iodine would show up in other places, such as soil, food or water if it was from fissioning, not only in sewer sludge. Apparently medical waste with radioactivity is very common.
