Conspiracy Theories and Tin Hats

When I was a kid, my parents regarded as conspiracy nuts anyone who believed that Fluoride was a threat to children's health. I was required to take fluoride pills because we didn't have fluoridated water.

Well, it turns out that there is an inverse relationship between fluoride level exposure in pregnancy and IQ scores in children. This relationship has been empirically documented in quite a few studies over the last 10 years or so. Here is the latest:
Green, R. et al (2019, August 19). Association Between Maternal Fluoride Exposure During Pregnancy and IQ Scores in Offspring in Canada. JAMA Pediatr. Published online August 19, 2019. doi:10.1001/jamapediatrics.2019.1729
Question Is maternal fluoride exposure during pregnancy associated with childhood IQ in a Canadian cohort receiving optimally fluoridated water?

Findings In this prospective birth cohort study, fluoride exposure during pregnancy was associated with lower IQ scores in children aged 3 to 4 years.

Meaning Fluoride exposure during pregnancy may be associated with adverse effects on child intellectual development, indicating the possible need to reduce fluoride intake during pregnancy.

There is a story that circulates that the amoral or perhaps immoral PR legend, Edward Bernays, was responsible for strategizing how to get rid of unwanted industrial fluoride, generated from nuclear fuel processing, by selling it as a means for increasing dental health.

I've looked for evidence that Bernays was responsible, but not found any. It would be clear evidence of depravity if found.

Regardless, citizens and experts have been questioning this practice that turns out to be a kind of (inadvertant?) poisoning for decades; yet, those who challenged fluoride in water were stigmatized as conspiracy theorists wearing tin hats.

I have no doubt that the same pattern is going to hold for the role out of 5G.  But it will be too late when they discover that microwaves and radiowaves can impact fetal development.

  2. I tried to persuade the city council in my small city some years ago to stop using fluoride, but in vain. Most of the members just asked their dentists or read Wikipedia. That is what persons do who are not ardently after the truth. But for the most part the people who rule do so without a great love of truth, and we suffer the consequences. High fructose sugar, preservatives, chem trails, probably WI-fi, and so many other things. When I was a kid the shoe store had a machine, a flora-scope, in which you could look at the bones in your feet in the shoe you were trying. A cancer cause for sure.

But most people find skepticism a real inconvenience. Here, have another MacDonald burger and some fries, and while you are at it try this carbonated drink.

Yes, three cheers for civility and for those that have a strong stomach, courtesy.

If they had a love of truth, they would not wish to rule.

  3. Indeed, I have read Bernay's and if you look at a lot of the left propaganda, they are exactly using his playbook.

Fluoride is a by product of uranium processing for nuclear fuel and also coal processing. 2 evil energy sources we need to get rid of. Killing nuclear would be a good start to killing fluoride.

    1. Bernays, was as rightwing as they come. He was as wall street and corporate, as they come. He started Madison avenue. He was bought and paid for by conserative-rightwing, corporate, wallstreet interests.

People into natural food of all political spectrums have questioned  fluride for years.  Knowledeable scientists, have been against fluoride for years.
The fluoride push by corporate america, industry and wall street is as right wing, and status quo, as  anything can be. Fluorde is one of  most American Dental Association approved, corporate products there is .

Johnson and Johnson mouthwashes and dental preparations, all major dental products are  corporate Fluride  staples in america.
Fluoride continues to be a staple of wall street, the american chamber of commerce, the  good republican dentists and industrialists and the stauchly conservative republican American Dental Association. All the things this guy supports are part of that. The people in power have deregulated the chemical, pesticide  and nuclear industries to the extreme.

They have started a new nuclear arms race .  They have started more uranium mining. Republicans  are pushing reactor deregulation and pushing reactors to stay opened that should be closed. It means more fluride for uranium processing.
The above statement is beyond bernays propaganda. They think they can get away with as many untruths as they wish.  They  want to blame the corporate malfeasance that has been perpetuated and, is now in overdrive on everyone but the real culprits.
They want to indoctinate people with twisted untruths in a way which is more enethical and brazen than anything Bernays did.
The above post is hardcore propaganda of the worse sort because the guy is a climate denier that supports all the current administratons nuke policies and chaotic doublethink.
What is left propaganda? I suppose to it , it would be wanting to close reactors and coal plants now. Left propaganda to it, would be putting the dangerous nuclear armsrace, that has juat been so fervently rekindled to a halt, as soon as possible. The ultimate economic hitman that conveniently twists the real truth to its ends

  4. My solution to the Hong Kong situation would be to bring Christian and American flag waving Hong Kongers to the USA and take those many Communist Americans to Hong Kong. The large Christian protest was quite moving with a beautifully sung hymn. https://twitter.com/i/status/1164887594469142531

A very high percentage of Chinese people have perfect pitch. They are a very smart people and deserve better than their current gov. The days when China could do a Tianamen Square are long gone. That means that Xi has a really really difficult problem to solve.

    1. Firefall is an honest commentator

They take over comment sections. The section becomes a barage, an instant-propaganda channel like fox news. Why won't the corporate-rightwing medias of cnn, msnbc, fox talk about, what the yellow vests have been doing in France for ovwr a year to protest the very rightwing corporate-macron government? I am not a communist. I do not suffer from authoitarian peraonality disorder like the pushers the stuff sometimes pushed here, by the canned propaganda responses of ideologues with overt agendas.
Some countries allow their people to publicly protest nuclear and pipelines, they do not want in their backyards. You would be surpised to know which country has done this recently. Corporate interests and the government here, is cracking down on those very peaceful public pipeline and peaceful public antinuclear protests here. I suppose to the above posters, peaceful public protesters against corporate and military interests arw considered unpatriotic pinkos or communists even though their protests are sanctioned by the constitution.
Hong Kong is a small island, off the chinese mainland with a separate government and a capitalist system. Many people there, are protesting because of out of control rent.
Global research says, what is going on in Hong Kong, is a Soros funded color revolution. A color revolution like the one that put neonazis into power in the Ukraine

    2. Your analyses is rather faulty. I do not know where your rent idea comes from. Nor Soros. Maybe you do have authoritarian personality disorder. I believe the Hong Kong populace is fearing the central gov taking away their freedoms as with the extradition law. CNN is hardly right wing by the way. It may represent tail feathers though.

I thought you were a Communist. When did you leave the Party?

    3. You are an evil thing and you are red baiting and i am not a communist. This thing calls people a communist . it wants what it calls communist killed or exiled or ruined. it has said so here. You are so evil. They dont like something and they start baiting threatening. so evil. This thing immplies that it will put nadesan on professorwatch where she could be ruined or hurt because she quotes aomeone. Both of them have said that anyone who disagrees with trump will be rounded up and hung all . it is part of the jokey q'anon, thing, dont you know! It is just evil and nadesan allows it. Who wants to be involved with this. There will be a nuclear meltdown soon because they have completely given up reactor aupervision and they have made ut so a vicious arms race with nuclear accidents is underway.
Too bad. i will never post here again. I will never read this blog again. it is a joke.

    4. This is just what people in mental institutions say. I am sorry if I have inspired these paranoid murmurs in your mind as they are extremely unhealthy. No one wants to harm Majia or American communists. I happen to be sympathetic with at least some of the Hong Kong people and hope you are as well. Many young Americans do not realize what a blessing this nation is for the world even though it is far from perfect--imperfect people are going to have an imperfect society.

Take a break and spent some time in nature and stop taking drugs if you are. You need some renewal.

    5. I have been threatened with ruin or death by trolls, like these on the internet. One of them was banned from twitter, for calling for martial law and hanging all of trumps opponents. I am not afraid of them, as we head into neclearcide and ecocide in the next 6 to 14 months.
This chaotic thing has totally given up oversight of any reactors and keeps 44 yo reactors with holes in them and on the worse earthquake faults opened They are kept opened w our money and blood . The fake counterintelligence antinuke, operative supports reactors staying opened. Has no plan to help get them closed . It threatens people who criticiise this clown that keeps them open . It has threatened people who protest them and peoplw who protest fracking and pipelines. Blames bad reactors and nuke waste storage on california helping people with medical costs. Believes a renewed nuclear arms that caused two nuclear detonations recently. Believes in the military building small nuclear reactors in future battlefields. It has even said it thinks nuclear war is survivable. It is not antinuclear in any sense of the word. Bllamed the racist massacre in elpaso on a black BLT activist in dayton. vicious people who could care less about any life much less human or childrens lives. Brags about helping w massive lists of prodemocracy people and antifa kids, who they say they will execute when they have total control.
My daughter sees the amazon burning . She says, daddy i do not think we have much time left but we have to do the best we can till the earth is killed and we are killed with it.
There is currently a major hurricane barreling toward 19 shitty old damaged reactors in the south . You can bet the orange haired dumpster fire wiil issue an exucutive order to keep the reactors running even with this new hurricane right on top of them. So ruin me trolls come kill me . i stood up for something that was for life instead standing for mass death and murder in my life

It has explicitely said it wants trump critics exiled and dead . It calls all trump critics and everyone else communists. The q'anon cult it belongs to calls for tribunals and hanging of all trump critics. no denying it

  5. Speaking of pedophilia . . .

"In 1977, a petition was addressed to the French parliament calling for the abrogation of several articles of the age of consent law and the decriminalization of all consensual relations between adults and minors below the age of fifteen (the age of consent in France). A number of French intellectuals - including such prominent names as Louis Aragon, Michel Foucault, Jean-Paul Sartre, Jacques Derrida, Louis Althusser, Roland Barthes, Simone de Beauvoir, Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guattari, Michel Leiris, Alain Robbe-Grillet, Philippe Sollers, Jacques Rancière, Jean-François Lyotard, Francis Ponge, and various prominent doctors and psychologists - signed the petition. In 1979 two open letters were published in French newspapers defending individuals arrested under charges of statutory rape, in the context of abolition of age of consent laws."

My impression is that the Left in America shares the French position. So what did they make of Epstein? None of the intellectuals mentioned above have me as a fan. Sartre having failed to find an ethics turned to Marxism which sounds like an act of insanity. Europe has not yet recovered from a lot of bad history, bad times, bad memories. The EU is the expression of all that confusion.

Not having been a young girl I have no idea what the age of consent should be. I know the Pill is not good for the body. There are no trustworthy experts. Teen Vogue is clearly a source of terrible advise. And parents are not much better. These are real issues ignored by feminists. Maybe the sagacious Anonymi will provide us with illumination?

    1. I think pedophelia is wrong, whether rightwing democrats or rightwing republicans are involved in it.

I think a lot of this post is misinformation. It is also clearly a baiting post. It is clearly misogynist. Rightwing politicians and other backwards policicians in the south havle long defended outrageous ages of consent laws as low as 14 and 16 yo for years, that have been on the books for years in america and that is wrong too. Children should not be forced to sex or to bear children.

    2. You say misinformation but actually fail to say what it is. As far as I know university professors do not make frequent reference to the South as a source of brilliant intellectualism, but they have for decades peddled post modernism. Have you read any of the above mentioned writers? Misogyny? Not sure if you know what the term means.

The point of my comment was to ques5tion the adulation given French intellectuals who have a history of doing what villainous Epstein has done. De Beauvoir sought out young girls for Sartre just as Maxwell did for Epstein. And what about Woody Allen? Do you see him as right wing film maker?

When Meryl Streep defends Roman Polanski is she doing so as a right wing democrat? Whatever the case for the South Hollywood gets the award as the center of pedophilia. And Hollywood is super democratic.

Finally there is Marx. My guess is that the house maid he impregnated and kick out when she began showing was probably very young. Marx had terrible ethics.

As usual Anonymous when you are confronted with unpleasant information you begin to falsify. Not a baiting post but a challenging post since this blog is mostly left wing progressive in nature. I believe Majia is quite fond of Foucault even though it is rumored that he not only slept with underage girls but may have given some of them Aids.

    3. Why dont u go back to reading people magazine while watching fox and making anonymous death-threats to people of color professors all day troll .
leave this blog alone.we really care about nuclear. not meryl streep. U attack the blogger saying she is a communist. saying u will put her on Tummps turningpoint, professor watchlist to ruin her and her family and perhaps get her killed. You have said that and implied it many times.

Scoop: Trump suggested nuking hurricanes to stop them from hitting U.S.

President Trump has suggested multiple times to senior Homeland Security and national security officials that they explore using nuclear bombs to stop hurricanes from hitting the United States, according to sources who have heard the president's private remarks and been briefed on a National Security Council memorandum that recorded those comments.

Behind the scenes: During one hurricane briefing at the White House, Trump said, "I got it. I got it. Why don't we nuke them?" according to one source who was there. "They start forming off the coast of Africa, as they're moving across the Atlantic, we drop a bomb inside the eye of the hurricane and it disrupts it. Why can't we do that?" the source added, paraphrasing the president's remarks.

Asked how the briefer reacted, the source recalled he said something to the effect of, "Sir, we'll look into that."
Trump replied by asking incredulously how many hurricanes the U.S. could handle and reiterating his suggestion that the government intervene before they make landfall.

Trump also raised the idea in another conversation with a senior administration official. A 2017 NSC memo describes that second conversation, in which Trump asked whether the administration should bomb hurricanes to stop them from hitting the homeland.

The source added that this NSC memo captured "multiple topics, not just hurricanes. … It wasn't that somebody was so terrified of the bombing idea that they wrote it down. They just captured the president’s comments."
The sources said that Trump's "bomb the hurricanes" idea — which he floated early in the first year and a bit of his presidency before John Bolton took over as national security adviser — went nowhere and never entered a formal policy process.
White House response: A senior administration official said, "We don't comment on private discussions that the president may or may not have had with his national security team."

A different senior administration official, who has been briefed on the president's hurricane bombing suggestion, defended Trump's idea and said it was no cause for alarm.
