Dense Fog at Fukushima Daiichi

Fukushima Prefecture Weather conditions: Precipitation 90% and Humidity 91% with dense fog expected

From today:

Is this fog radioactive?

I realize its produced by atmospheric conditions but when I watch the webcams and I see blobs of denser "fog" come up from the reactor units and sail away I wonder whether the higher humidity makes visible the ongoing radioactive emissions from the plant:

Do you see the denser blob between the red-and-white crane and the vent tower at the top of the screen?

That blob appeared to come up from unit 2 and sail up and away toward the red-and-white crane.

Perhaps its a camera artifact? Who knows but one thing is for certain and that is the plant is still contaminating the air and water....
