Radioactive Cloud Over Europe: Nuclear Governmentality

I'm sure that many readers here have already read about the radioactive cloud of Ruthenium 106 over Europe that is just now being publicized in the mainstream media, although levels peaked in late September and early October 2017:
Russia finds 1,000-times normal level of radioactive isotope after nuclear incident claims November 21, 2017. Reuters, https://in.reuters.com/article/us-russia-nuclearpower-accident/russia-finds-1000-times-normal-level-of-radioactive-isotope-after-nuclear-incident-claims-idINKBN1DL0X2

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia’s meteorological service said on Tuesday it had measured pollution of a radioactive isotope at nearly 1,000 times normal levels in the Ural mountains, the first official Russian data supporting reports that a nuclear incident had taken place.
I know discussion has been ongoing at Enenews for awhile (see here and here).

Yesterday, Greenpeace Russia posted a review of, and links to, what is known about the radioactive cloud of Ruthenium 106 that seems to have originated near Mayak:

Greenpeace Russia (2017, Nov 21). Russian meteorological agency informs about high concentrations Ruthenium 106 in Mayak region. http://www.greenpeace.org/russia/en/news/RMA-informs-high-concentrations-Ruthenium106-in-Mayak-region/
Responding to an access to information request from Greenpeace, the Russian state meteorological agency Roshydromet published today data that show that it had found last September the highest concentration of ruthenium-106 in the area that also contains the Rosatom Mayak complex in the Southern Urals. This coincides with earlier findings from the French nuclear research agency IRSN and the German agency for radiation protection BfS.
The Greenpeace article provides links to reports, including one by France's IRSN that provides a map of detections:
IRSN (2017, Nov 9). Detection of ruthenium106 in France and in Europe Results of IRSN’s investigations. http://www.irsn.fr/EN/newsroom/News/Documents/IRSN_Information-Report_Ruthenium-106-in-europe_20171109.pdf P. 2:

IRSN: "...the quantity of Ruthenium 106 released estimated by IRSN simulations is very important, between 100 and 300 teraBecquerels. The release, accidental with regard to the quantity released, would have occurred during the last week of September 2017..." (p. 2).
This is a very high level of contamination. I find it suspicious that the only radioisotope detected was Ruthenium 106.

Can that be true?

Allegedly Apparent, who has been monitoring air radiation readings in Europe for some time now, argues that there is more going on than is being reported as he has seen monitoring results indicating significant spikes in Cesium-134 and Iodine-131 (with a 7-8 day half-life) in European countries:
Oct. 2017 Ru-103 Detections Highest since 2011 + Record High MDCs @ Switzerland Radiation Monitoring stations; + Czech Republic I-131 & Cs-134 Measurements During “Ru-106 Cloud” compared to 2011.

I don't know the particularities of this case but its clear that our environment is becoming more and more contaminated with genotoxic radionuclides every single day and the logic of government is simply to dismiss concerns and raise radiation exposure levels.

  1. There is a huge radioactive could over Europe. Much worse than anyone knows.
There are events like this radioactive leak, from a reactor in Chicago, occurring at any given time in the USA

Under the old regimes the government might tell you if your water is poisoned or radioactive . You could petition to find out if not satisfied.
Now one cannot navigate the internet, without hitting road blocks. Its about to get much worse.
Under old regimes, one could view radiation monitor data, on the internet. One could view the internet for news about radiation, or toxic events. In fact the EPA would warn people to a certain degree.  One could look at private or NGO readings to see .  Some, more responsible organizations would at least touch on the subject.
Not anymore. The government is irresponsibly, shutting down monitoring of the hideous messes that their corporate masters, their generals, and they have created.
And the internet is being heavily censored and shut down in many areas. That is, even though people pay good money, lower quality service.
If the government, news, or others even hinted the air was flooded with radioactive particles from a meltdown, or other event, you could have some notice. People, could find reports about reactor problems in the United States. It was bad before, but now it is insane.  Not any more under Trump.
Before, one  could at least consider, leaving the area. That is, if distressing reports came through.  Under Trump, there is, and there will be, little way to tell.
We live in a time of great insanity and darkness.

    1. Entirely agree that we are living in time where access to information is being SHUT DOWN at great public risk. It is indeed a time of great insanity and darkness.

  2. nuclear power or nuclear fuel reprocessing. They do not realize that a large part of the developed world has both the technical affluence and the available physical resources to create nuclear weapons and yet have chosen not to. nuclear explosion
