TEPCO Has No Plan for Ruptured Pressure Vessels at Fukushima Daiichi

MARI YAMAGUCHI Japan OKs long-term Fukushima cleanup plan despite unknowns (June 12, 2015), AP, http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/A/AS_JAPAN_NUCLEAR?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT

[excerpted] The plant operator, Tokyo Electric Power Co., has conducted limited surveys of the reactors using remote-controlled robots. The roadmap says the initial plan to repair damage in the containment chambers and fill them with water to conduct debris removal underwater is more technically challenging than previously thought, and alternative plans need to be studied.[end]

Of course, the question that follows from disclosures of ruptured containment and failed muon scans:  Where is the melted fuel that was supposed to be safety contained in GE's poorly designed reactors?
