We are expendable, disposable until we DEMAND OTHERWISE

For days there has been a cloud of gas above the area adjacent to unit 3 & common spent fuel pool as viewed from TEPCO cam 1. I don't know the source of the gas cloud but I've noted its distinct presence for days now. It is not a raindrop on the lens or any other sort of camera effect. It is quite distinctly a cloud of vapor or gas:

Meanwhile we continue to see high radiation readings in the US and Japan, as illustrated by high rad readings on the netc network. High readings often can be neatly superimposed over the jet stream (Note high readings in north east which could be from Fukushima or some closer source):

I don't know about you all, but I'm getting rather fatigued by the lies of omission and the deliberate propaganda produced by our elected officials and government agencies.

Enenews reported that in 2012 both the Republican and Democratic Conventions had food tested for radionuclides:
Emergency radiation testing used at Democrat and Republican conventions after Fukushima; Also for Obama Inauguration — Seafood, meat, vegetables, milk, water checked for nuclear waste, while top officials agree to publicly downplay crisis — 80% of milk samples by Orlando, FL had ‘significant’ Cs-137
Cesium-137 bioaccumulates in human muscle, including the heart. The delegates may have had safe milk to drink, but the rest of us unwashed masses had (and continue to have) no clue what level of contamination afflicts our food.

Moreover, our government is MOST LIKELY to deny toxic exposures and/or effects for decades until the sheer preponderance of evidence rebuts their denials, as illustrated in this story published in The New York Times:
Chivers, C. J. (2014, Nov. 6) More Than 600 Reported Chemical Exposure in Iraq, Pentagon Acknowledges. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/07/world/middleeast/-more-than-600-reported-chemical-weapons-exposure-in-iraq-pentagon-acknowledges.html?emc=edit_th_20141107&nl=todaysheadlines&nlid=32962000&_r=0

More than 600 American service members since 2003 have reported to military medical staff members that they believe they were exposed to chemical warfare agents in Iraq, but the Pentagon failed to recognize the scope of the reported cases or offer adequate tracking and treatment to those who may have been injured, defense officials say.
One wonders whether the chemical warfare agents are being acknowledged in order to deflect attention from soldiers' exposure to uranium. More on that later. In the end, soldiers are regarded as expendable by decision makers. Citizens are disposable also, with excess death rates carefully plotted. We are without value in a system corrupted through and through.....

This weekend I'll provide still more evidence of our expendability.

  1. Majia,

I suppose our government has devolved somewhat from simple lies and coverups, like hiding President Roosevelt's disability to the entire nation. to larger and much more - killing thousands of foreigners in a war on false pretenses, to all flat out, 100%, lie about everything all the time regardless of the consequences.

For awhile it seemed they at least held Americans at bay from this onslaught of lies. But that is not true anymore. There is simply nothing left that is sacred to them. Your life, your happiness, your health, your children's health and happiness, your neighbor's, your community's, means nothing. You are no more than the ant colony in my backyard; that lives only because i have no real reason to exterminate it.

We are living in a hall of mirrors. The more I look at the situation, the more I find it's in distortion. The "news" is mainly about football, or the latest celebrity on the dancing show. No debate on whether there really is radiation or not and what we want to do about it. No debate on whether the data really proves man made climate change or not. No debate on whether it's moral to spy on citizens or not. No debate on whether to overthrow a country, put a puppet in power, bomb maim and kill thousands opposing the puppet, then blame a mythical enemy for the unrest.

I've actually learned to watch the mainstream news in a way that is totally perverse. I watch to read through the lines to understand what the talking points are - whether it is to advance a lie, to set a perception, to entertain and distract the public, or to cover something up. It's amazing how often one of these holds.

We've allowed a psycopathic mentality to pervade and thrive in our leadership. We did not see the signs and remove that mentality before it became all powerful. Yes there were some early warnings and some folks that cried out, but too many of us failed to act on those warnings.

What has always been amazing to me is that the minions are made willing to do the psychopath's bidding. Why do the masses continue to follow the Global Warming fear peddlers while the data proves they are lying over and over? Is it because they are stupid? because they can't understand the data? or because the "handlers" have found a single issue that keeps the environmental community focused and controlled so they can do no real "harm"? Why do the online trolls - whether they are from the government or private sources - continue to cover up the Fukushima lies?

History is full of barbaric leadership. The weapons of the barbarians have changed, but the methods have not.

Fukushima will continue to burn. It's unstoppable. I wrote on your blog a year ago about trying to find the methods in this new world that will allow the truth to be revealed. I continue to applaud you for being a blog voice in the wilderness, but a single flashlight is not enough to lead all of us out of the darkness.

    James.

  2. I know it seems so hopeless now. We are most certainly committing species suicide through our inability to look critically at what we are doing to the eco-system and ourselves. Our so called leaders are locked into the suicide complex.

Why even bother to resist given our collective willingness to be lead by sociopaths?

I don't know. I hold hope that we can change in time to survive... but the necessary changes in energy production and pollution are blocked at every turn by greed and corruption... Its hard to have hope.
