This is the highest level recorded so far for Phoenix by radnet.
A week or so ago Yuma was at 950 CPM beta

Let us hope that radiation didn't come down in precipitation since Yuma is where many of our winter veggies grow.
Enenews tonight is reporting on stories that unit 2 has been fissioning again and radiation was released. This was reported first in the Japanese presss and then picked up by Bloomberg

Here is a link to a google translated version of the story in the Japanese press

Since fissioning has been ongoing in unit #1 for months and radiation releases have been CONTINUOUS since March, one has to wonder why all of a sudden the Japanese and American press are reporting on these phenomena.
Perhaps the "authorities" are preparing us for new developments and/or far worse news?
All I know for sure is if Fukushima blows again I am going to find the deepest shelter I can if the jet stream is anywhere near where I reside.
