"BEIJING, July 5 (Xinhuanet) -- The Fort Calhoun plant north of Omaha in the US state of Nebraska has been surrounded by flood water from the Missouri River for over ten days. As worries mount, US authorities have reassured the public the plant is safe.

Operators of the Fort Calhoun plant say no.

Radnet data for Kansas City and Wichita are "under review" at 11:00 a.m Phoenix time. However, the Nebraska sites are all up and read about 40 beta, which is low. Des Moines Iowa is under review. Mason City Iowa is 48 beta.
The Jet Stream is up over Canada, which is why Arizona's radiation readings have dropped so dramatically.
